With only two guest cottages and a shared great house, Coral Caye offers exclusive stays for up to ten guests, ensuring total privacy during your visit.

Designed as an exclusive-use destination, Coral Caye hosts only one group at a time—whether it’s a couple seeking a romantic getaway or a small group of friends or family in search of an off-the-grid retreat. The entire island is reserved for a single party per booking, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay.

A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for all visitors, allowing groups to fully immerse themselves and enjoy the abundant amenities of Coral Caye. WiFi and cellular network coverage extend throughout the property, ensuring connectivity for all guests.
Coral Cottage
​​​​​Coral Cottage is designed with comfort and simplicity in mind. Ideal for couples or families with young children, the cottage features a king-size bed and a sleeper sofa in a cozy living area. Guests can enjoy a private front porch with hammocks, as well as a full bathroom equipped with both indoor and outdoor showers.​
Seahorse Cottage
​​​​​Seahorse Cottage is well-suited for extended family or additional guests and is located near the island’s Mangrove Cove, a calm area known for spotting seahorses. The cottage includes two queen beds, two twin beds, an in-cottage bathroom, and an additional outdoor shower for a comfortable, nature-connected stay.​
The Great House
The Great House serves as the island’s central gathering space, featuring an open-air layout with a sand floor that blends indoor comfort with an outdoor atmosphere. Amenities include a full bar, kitchen, dining table, music system, half bathroom, and a variety of games such as board games and a dart board—making it perfect for shared meals or relaxed celebrations. A full-size day bed is also available for lounging or can be used as an additional sleeping option if needed.​

Check-in time is between 2 PM and 6 PM. Check-out time is by 11 AM. All prices below are listed in US Dollars (1 USD = 2 BZD).

The cost listed are per night, and includes meals, boat transfers, and basic amenities. There is a 2-night minimum stay for all guests. Please note a 19% tax and service charge will be added at check out. Additional adults (12 years and over) are $200 USD per night plus tax; kids under 12 stay free.

Boat Captain Charter Services
Meet Leonel Tucker, affectionately known as "Randy," the boat captain and head of tour operations at BBLUE. With a decade of experience at BBLUE, Randy is a beloved ambassador for both the organization and the local community, including the Placencia Fishermen's Cooperative and the Placencia Tour Guide Association.

Based at the BBLUE Hub, Randy is dedicated to delivering exceptional charter and tour services to every guest. As the head of tour operations, he guides excursions for guests eager to explore Placencia village, the stunning Caribbean Sea, and nearby cayes. He offers a range of recreational activities such as snorkeling, fishing, and diving. Additionally, Randy arranges land tours for those wishing to discover Belize's rich biodiversity, explore caves, visit Mayan ruins, and trek through jungle landscapes.

Boat Charters:
Independence Village to BBLUE Hub Campus (one way): $15 USD
BBLUE Hub to Placencia Village (one way): $30 USD
BBLUE Hub to Coral Caye (one way): $100 USD
(Price is per boat trip. Each boat accommodates up to 6 passengers.)
Land Charters:
Private land charters are available from Philip Goldson International Airport in Belize City to BBLUE Hub, a 2.5-hour drive. Various car and van rental options are available at the airport at affordable prices, which can be arranged prior to arrival.

Air Charters:
Guests also have the option to book a flight from Belize City to Placencia Village, a 30-minute flight. From Placencia Village to BBLUE Hub, boat charters for pickups are available for $60 USD. The charter boats can accommodate up to 6 passengers, depending on luggage weight. This can also be arranged upon arrival. BBLUE Hub has a concierge who assists guests with these arrangements. The two main local air charters are Tropic Air and Maya Island Air.

Important Note: Prices for other private land charters vary based on time and destination. Car rentals, vans, and other private taxis are available in Independence Village and Placencia Village, and can also be arranged through the BBLUE Hub concierge.

No refund will be given for unused package portion, hotel rooms, tours and transfers for any reason. We encourage guests to take out Travel and Medical Insurance to cover against cancellation or date changes due to unforeseen events, circumstances or accidents, as we are unable to refund the payments for any reason for cancellations or changes within the stipulated cancellation period.
